Pinot In The Park
At Pinot In The Park, guests will sample a premium selection of Pinot Noir (and Pinot Grigio!) wines as they dine on a Pacific-Northwest style salmon bake. We have lined up some of St. Petersburg’s best chefs who will be preparing delicious appetizers, side dishes, and desserts for us.
Once again this year, volunteers will include local youth from the Saint Pete Culinary Center (SPCC), a not-for-profit organization created to provide at-risk youth and young adults with top-notch culinary training, thereby empowering them to build successful careers and lives. Chef Ted Dorsey will be assisting his students in preparing and serving.
A portion of the proceeds from Pinot in the Park will be used to create the first Historic Kenwood Culinary Arts Scholarship. This scholarship is open for application city-wide to students seeking a post-secondary education in the field of culinary arts and hospitality. Historic Kenwood recognizes the growing interest in this field, and the dedication to assist in improving the future for the youth of the city.
