My step-father, Clemente A. Clemente, gave me much of my entrepreneurial spirit. He was a self-made man, who had a strong work ethic and focus on the family. After college I discovered a passion for design when visiting the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood. At that time, neither careers in design, nor my sexual orientation, were looked at favorably by my family, so I moved to Tampa to start anew. I formed “InnerScape Design Group,” which flourished for years offering interior design and landscaping services. After 10 years, I needed something more challenging and moved to South Florida, where I met my best friend, Lynn McGhee. Together we forged what would become CONCEPTBAIT Global Events + Floral Design group, winning numerous industry awards for our designs, innovation, and support for the community. Our newest venture, FrankLynn Visual Merchandising or FLVM for short, creates targeted “Client Trafficking” for the Brick & Mortar Retail, Hospitality and the Real Estate sectors. I am married to longtime love, Toby Anderson. We live happily with our two rescue dogs, Lola and Alice, and believe strongly in supporting the local arts and artists.
