“At the 2018 State of Economy presentation on January 9th, Bob Jeffrey was named the 2019 Excellence in Development Award Winner. Later, as the Director of Development Services Jeffrey began work on rezoning the entire city, and adopting a new zoning code. He is largely responsible for theresurgence of the Historic Kenwood and Grand Central District neighborhoods in St. Petersburg. As a real estate investor and community activist, Jeffrey has also rehabbed over 50 residential units in Historic Kenwood.
