Historic Kenwood Founder’s Day

Commemorative of Mural

Watch here as the mural is produced:

First was the cleaning and priming of the wall of the building.

Then came the first day of paint:

Day 3 of the Mural completion.

The design is starting to take shape, thanks to
the assistance with the floral arrangements by
Susan Donathan, our local artist who agreed to
help.  Susan was also one of our judges.

We are taking the weekend off, so our next update
Will be day six on Monday.

             Michael

Day 4 -- A great day to work on the mural!

We made good progress thanks to Kathleen Stroud, a local HK artist
assisting.  Also Susan Donathan completed the flowers in the front and
Curtis Sneary was there most of the day.  Michael

Day 5 -- Another day of progress!

Day 6 -- Give me an 'H'!  More progress today considering the day was
rain-shortened.  Michael

And on the seventh day....

Day 8 -- Give me a K!

                      Michael

Down to the finishing touches!  The mural dedication is at 12:30pm, Sunday,
March 14.  See you there!  Michael
