The Historic Kenwood News is produced monthly and is hand delivered to over 1100 homes and businesses in the neighborhood and the Grand Central District. This newsletter promotes events and activities in the neighborhood. It is also where we give our awards for the Great Neighbor, Great Home & Garden and Great Business. We use Facebook as way to promote events both in and out of the neighborhood that we feel would be of interest to our residents. This may be parties, art showings, walking tours, lectures or sales & promotions from area businesses.

We use a"chimp-mail" service to send out an e-mail communication to residents that have sighed up to receive them. What is a Kenwood alert? This is our e-mail blast that presently goes out to over 1000 subscribers. Stay up on neighborhood news, meetings, social events, business grand openings and yes, if a crime trend is happening in the city, this is the place to here about it. It's free, so just send in your name, address and e-mail to and stay up on the latest trends and neighborhood information. Alerts are sent once or twice a week depending on just how much info there is to share. This not spam or ad driven, but rather a service to help keep you informed.
