The Historic Kenwood Association in conjunction with The Artists Enclave of Historic Kenwood are proud to bring you ‘A Celebration of Art and Architecture’ Home Tour. November 5 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. Purchase tickets below.
Already proven to be one of Southwest Florida’s Premier Architectural Home Tours and now in its eighteenth year of continued success, this fun filled, educational and community based yearly event is guaranteed to be the best yet.
Designated an Artist Enclave by the City of Saint Petersburg and recently having the honor of being awarded 1st place in the Neighborhood’s USA (NUSA) Neighborhood of the Year competition for Physical Revitalization, this year we have more to celebrate than ever before.
In addition to 12 beautifully restored craftsman homes, two artists dwellings and four incredible multi-purpose garage conversions will be featured that will be an inspiration to any budding artist or DIY-er who
appreciates innovative and creative use of space, PLUS a designated gallery space displaying an eclectic array of artwork for sale by more than 15 local artist enclave members and renowned artists. There’s going to be a lot going on!
It is fun to walk our beautiful tree-lined neighborhood full of historic bungalows but for those who do not wish to walk the approximately 1.4 mile area, two city trolleys will be on hand to provide free transport. The trolleys will be available from Seminole Park and throughout the Historic Kenwood Neighborhood Community providing drop-off and pick-up points. The Historic Kenwood Neighborhood Association is dedicated to making this event a memorable and enjoyable day out.
Bring your friends and family and visit our urban village and community.
This year’s BungalowFest is guaranteed to be another huge success!
