Historic Kenwood is investigating the possibility of becoming an area that St Pete. calls "For The Arts". There is a land use designation that would be an overlay of our current zoning. This would allow artists to more easily live and work in our neighborhood. This designation would be a valuable marketing tool for the neighborhood. Becoming this "enclave" will not be an easy task.
